When Aion creates an image, Remix, carousel, or video, it uses the strongest production-approved route for that supported job and shows the exact Image Credit or Video Credit charge before work starts. Pack purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or approved billing correction. AI outcomes can vary, and a usable saved result consumes the disclosed credits. A confirmed no-output failure restores Aion credits to the workspace ledger rather than issuing a cash refund.

Generation credits and storage follow different rules.
Any plan-included Image or Video Credit allowance published at conversion resets each billing period. Purchased generation-credit packs stay with the workspace and roll forward while the account remains active. Storage is measured as active GB capacity; uploads and accepted customer-visible versions count once, while thumbnails and temporary processing files do not reduce customer capacity.
