These Aion Terms apply to the Aion web app, Android app, Post Studio, Image Studio, Video Studio, scheduling, publishing, media library, context library, connected accounts, and related billing features. The general Full Stack Marketing Terms of Service also apply. If these Aion Terms conflict with a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls. Aion is in a controlled early commercial rollout. Public trial creation may remain unavailable until launch checks are complete. Private access requests and approved rehearsal accounts may be used before public self-serve opens. We may limit, pause, or revoke access to protect customers, connected accounts, platform partners, and system reliability.
Aion uses one seven-day full-product trial rather than separate Starter and Pro trials. The trial requires no card and includes one workspace, one active user, one publishing destination, up to 10 successful external deliveries, 5 GB of active storage, and zero included Image or Video Credits. Starter and Pro are post-trial choices. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout or Stripe Customer Portal unless a separate written order controls. Trial eligibility, billing status, and cancellation options are shown in-app. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment details current.
Starter and Pro each include one active user. Additional active users are billed at the per-seat monthly price shown before purchase. A pending invitation does not grant workspace access or create a charge. Activating a teammate requires available paid seat capacity and preserves the role, Aion permissions, and channel access chosen by the workspace owner or admin. A seat adds collaboration access only; it does not add media credits, Context capacity, storage, destinations, or another workspace. Reducing seats never deletes customer work, and the workspace owner must resolve excess active memberships before a reduction can complete.
Generated images and videos require Aion Image Credits or Aion Video Credits when Aion creates, remixes, assembles, exports, or voice-renders media. Storage is measured separately as used GB out of the workspace capacity and is not a credit currency. A paid subscription may grant an included Image or Video Credit allowance once per billing period, and customers may buy approved one-time generation-credit packs. Credits are a usage allowance for Aion media work, not stored value, cash, a gift card, or a transferable balance. Aion shows the exact credit charge before generation, and generated outputs remain subject to customer review before publishing or external use.
One-time Image Credit and Video Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or billing correction approved by Aion. Any plan-included monthly allowance refreshes once per Stripe billing period and unused included allowance does not roll over. Paid top-up packs roll forward while the workspace account remains active. Trial purchases remain attached to the workspace, but an active trial or paid plan is required to start new creation. If Aion confirms that an operation ended with no usable saved output, Aion restores the applicable credits to the workspace ledger; that restoration is not a cash refund. A pending or status-unknown operation is reconciled before restoration. A usable saved result consumes the disclosed credits even when the customer later prefers another direction, and another generation or refinement is a new paid turn.
During a free trial, assisted text drafting requires a supported customer-connected drafting service where available; manual drafting remains available without one. Workspace-owned AI service keys do not bypass Aion Image or Video Credits. Image Studio and Video Studio remain Aion creation paths because Aion controls the workflow, review, storage, billing, support, and final media handoff.
You are responsible for the brand materials, prompts, product details, media, credentials, and connected social accounts you provide. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Aion stores tokens and workspace data only to operate the product and follows workspace-scoped access controls.
Aion uses AI systems to create drafts, previews, images, videos, captions, schedules, and recommendations. AI output can vary and may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, unexpected, or similar to existing content. Brand, product, persona, prompts, and reference media guide generation but do not guarantee a particular creative outcome. You must review and approve final content before publishing, scheduling, downloading, or using it externally.
Aion prepares channel-specific previews and can publish or schedule only when the destination is connected, the user has permission, the format is supported, and the preview is approved. Third-party platform outages, token expiration, policy limits, or permission changes can block delivery.
Some Aion capabilities may be offered as preview features for evaluation. Preview features may change, fail, produce lower quality output, or be removed, and they should not be relied on for unattended production work.
Do not use Aion to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, abusive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to bypass billing, security, workspace permissions, rate limits, publishing safeguards, or third-party platform rules.
Aion users can request access, export, or deletion of their own Aion app data from the web dashboard or Android Settings. Workspace-owned shared content may require owner or admin review before deletion. We may retain limited billing, security, audit, tax, or legal records as required.
Authenticated Aion routes do not load third-party public analytics or marketing tags. Aion does record necessary first-party security, authentication, billing, credit, storage, generation, delivery, audit, support, and reliability events needed to provide and protect the service. Eligible U.S. public pages use limited analytics and marketing measurement with a clear notice and immediate opt-out; visitors elsewhere opt in. Global Privacy Control forces those optional categories off in every region.
Aion will keep evolving during launch. We may update features, pricing, credit policies, limits, recipes, or these terms. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes.
