Aion Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Aion helps teams create, review, schedule, and measure approval-first content. This policy explains how Aion by Full Stack Marketing handles the information used to provide that service, including data from connected social platforms such as TikTok.

Who this policy covers

This Aion Privacy Policy applies to Aion by Full Stack Marketing, including the Aion website, trial and account flows, web app, supported Android app, Post Studio, Media Studio, connected social accounts, support tools, and related billing features. Full Stack Marketing operates Aion and is the service provider responsible for the processing described here.

Information Aion collects

Aion collects account details such as your name, email address, workspace role, and authentication records; business Context you choose to save, including brands, products, services, personas, topics, sources, prompts, and media; product activity such as drafts, approvals, schedules, library items, and support requests; billing and entitlement records; and technical information needed to secure and operate the service. We collect information from connected platforms only after you authorize the connection.

Connected TikTok data

When you connect a TikTok account, Aion may receive the TikTok identity and profile information, account statistics, and public video information permitted by the scopes shown in the connection flow. Aion uses that information to display the connected account, confirm that the right account is connected, provide account context and analytics, show public videos for planning or media reference, and support an authorized sharing or publishing workflow when that capability is enabled for the account. Aion does not silently publish, edit, delete, or manage TikTok content without an explicit supported action and the permissions required for that action.

How Aion uses information

We use information to provide Aion, preserve workspace continuity, create and adapt drafts, prepare media, show previews, support review and approval, connect and monitor publishing destinations, provide analytics and support, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law. We do not sell your workspace content or connected-platform data. Public marketing measurement is handled separately through our consent controls and is not used as a substitute for workspace authorization.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to operate Aion, at your direction, or as required by law. This can include hosting, storage, authentication, billing, email, support, security, analytics, and media-processing providers. Connected-platform data is used for the workspace and workflow that you authorize. We do not share it for unrelated advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Your controls and deletion requests

You can disconnect a social account from Aion, manage workspace access, update or remove Context, export eligible workspace data, and request deletion through Aion privacy controls or support. Disconnecting a platform prevents future access but does not automatically remove content already saved in your workspace or already published on that platform. For Aion and connected-platform deletion instructions, visit the Data Deletion page.

Retention and security

Aion keeps workspace data while it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. Inactive workspaces may follow the retention and recovery periods shown in Aion. We use workspace-scoped access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, monitoring, and audit records. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

United States and international privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or limit certain processing of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain data sales or sharing. We honor applicable Global Privacy Control signals where required and provide privacy settings for optional public-site measurement. We primarily target customers in the United States and Canada, and apply additional consent and rights controls where required for visitors from other regions.
