Delete your Aion app data

You can request deletion of account, workspace, and connected social-platform data handled by Full Stack Marketing and Aion. We verify the request before deleting tenant data so no one can remove a workspace they do not control.

Request deletion

Email anthony@fullstackmarketing.digital with the subject line Aion data deletion request. Include the email address you used with Aion and the workspace name if you know it.

We will confirm identity and workspace authority before deleting account records, connected integration tokens, uploaded media, generated drafts, scheduled posts, and related app data unless we must retain limited records for security, billing, tax, or legal reasons.

Remove Meta access yourself

  1. Open Facebook or Instagram settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or connected apps.
  3. Find Aion App by FSM or the Full Stack Marketing integration.
  4. Choose Remove to revoke access from your Meta account.

Removing Meta access stops new access through Meta. If you also want stored Aion workspace data deleted, submit the deletion request above.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge the request and verify the account or workspace.
  • We remove connected integration tokens and app data tied to the verified account or workspace.
  • We send confirmation when deletion is complete or explain any limited records we must retain.

Inactive Aion plan deletion

If an Aion paid or trial plan is no longer active, stored Aion workspace app data may be scheduled for deletion after 28 days. Before deletion, we send reminders at approximately 28, 21, 14, 7, and 0 days by email and, where enabled, push notification.

Activate an eligible plan before the deletion deadline to keep stored Aion workspace data. The deletion process covers only data stored by Full Stack Marketing or Aion, such as drafts, brand settings, uploaded media, generated media, schedules, app history, and connected integration tokens.

This process does not delete posts already published to LinkedIn, Meta, or any other external platform. We may retain limited billing, security, audit, tax, or legal records after app data is deleted.

Developer callback

Meta app deletion callbacks should use https://www.fullstackmarketing.digital/api/meta/data-deletion. Users can check request status from the confirmation link returned by that callback.
